We Need a Word For...

There are over 1,000 words in the English language, but there's no word for...

(verb) When a guy accidentally knocks hands with another guy while walking next to him, and saying nothing of the event forever after it occurs

(noun) The sinking feeling someone gets when they've been lost in a stare for a little too long and the inadvertent subject of the stare acknowledges it, whether by wave or perplexed look, subtly confirming the starer's creepy/socially offensive tendencies
